K-2 Age Group: Practice will start on Wednesday, December 10th at 6 PM in the church gym.

3rd-5th Grade Group: Practice will start on Thursday, December 11th at 6 PM in the church gym.

6th-8th Grade Boys: Practice will start on Friday, December 5th at 7 PM at the Perquimans Rec Center (310 South Granby St., Hertford, NC).

Concessions Ballards Bridge 2026
Concession Stand Coordinator
Primary Role: Organize and delegate all concession-related tasks without doing everything personally. Recruit and schedule volunteers for four positions each night (5 nights):
Cook, Shopper, Concession Stand Worker, and Dessert Maker.
Event Day Preparation
Confirm volunteers and roles before each game/event
Ensure food and supplies are ready and delivered
Communicate setup and cleanup procedures
Communication
Use group texts, email, or signup sheets to:
Schedule helpers
Share reminders and responsibilities
Give clear instructions and expectations
1. Cook team (2)
Prepare/cook main food items.
Someone make chili.
2. Shopper
Assign someone to purchase and restock:
Food, Cups, napkins, plates, utensils, Condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, etc.)
Cleaning and serving supplies (gloves, paper towels, etc.)
Candy, snacks. bags of chips
3. Concession Stand Workers (3) two shifts (4-6:30) (6:30-9)
We need friendly volunteers to serve snacks, take payments, and help keep the concession stand running during games
3 people, (1 drinks, 1 food, 1 floater).
4. Dessert Maker
We love having homemade goodies at the concession stand — it makes a big difference! Would you be willing to make a batch of treats for an upcoming game?
